4. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform. Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies:
Resend
Used for transactional email delivery, including magic links and passcodes. Resend processes your email address to deliver messages on our behalf.
Stripe
Used for payment processing and subscription management. Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly. We receive only anonymized billing data and subscription status. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
Anthropic
Used to power all AI-assisted features within the platform, including Maven (our AI strategy advisor), campaign copy drafting, and marketing suggestions. Content you submit to AI features is processed by Anthropic's Claude API under Anthropic's applicable terms and privacy policies.
People Data Labs (PDL)
Used for contact enrichment. PDL may process professional contact information (name, email, job title, company) to enrich and enhance audience data within the platform.
Apollo
Used for contact enrichment and audience intelligence features. Apollo may process professional contact information to enhance audience data within the platform.
Exa
Used for real-time web search to power signal intelligence and research features. Search queries and associated context may be processed by Exa under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
BuiltWith
Used for company technology stack lookups. Company domain names may be sent to BuiltWith to identify the technologies used by target accounts, under BuiltWith's applicable terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your data only as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
Campaign data, audience lists, and other content you create in the platform are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account termination, this data is retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, allowing for potential account recovery.

- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
